How to enable the WTC( WINDOWS TERMINAL CONNECTION) connection

To open the WTS connection do the following:

1) Go to: http://service.sap.com

2) Logon with your S-User

3) Click Help & Support, then Connect to SAP.

4) On the Connect to SAP click the button "Maintain Connections"

5) Choose the system where you would like to open the connection (the system where SAProuter is setup and configured)

6) Under "Set Up Connection types" locate Windows Terminal Server and click this link then save.

7) You will notice there will be details under this connection type and it will be available for the support engineer to connect from the SAP side.
