ST03N error (Inconsistency in UTC time for operating system and sap found.)

For inconsistency in UTC time there may be varies reasons.

1) Time in Operating system and SAP Application should be same.

2) In cluster environment "ntp" Service should be unable.( Network Time Protocol) .
